Refund Policy
Free trial, price and billing
We offer a 7-day free trial for NMT test-preparation courses. No payment details are needed before the trial. After the trial, access continues only if you subscribe at UAH 990 per month, billed monthly in advance until cancelled. Price, billing period and cancellation terms are shown before payment, as required by Article 6 of Law of Ukraine No. 675-VIII 'On Electronic Commerce'.
Cancellation
Cancel in account settings or email contact@novarhwave.com before the next billing date. Cancellation stops future charges; access remains until the paid period ends. Cancel before the trial ends to avoid any charge.
Refund eligibility
Paid fees are non-refundable except where required by Law of Ukraine No. 1023-XII 'On Consumer Protection'. If charged in error, charged after timely cancellation, or paid for a service not provided, email contact@novarhwave.com within 14 days. We review and reply within 10 business days. Approved refunds go to the original payment method within 14 calendar days.
Personal data
We process name, email and order details to handle refund requests under Law of Ukraine No. 3795-IX 'On Personal Data Protection'. We use them only for the request and records. You may request access, correction or deletion at contact@novarhwave.com.
Course status
Our courses are non-formal NMT test preparation. We are not an official education institution and do not issue official education documents. Advertising is identifiable and must not mislead about results, official status or affiliation, per Law of Ukraine No. 270/96-ВР 'On Advertising' and Law of Ukraine No. 222-VIII 'On Licensing of Types of Economic Activity'.
