novarhwave.com is an independent test-preparation and self-study platform. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by or acting for the Ukrainian Center for Educational Quality Assessment or any state examination body. We do not administer the NMT, do not issue official education documents and do not present our materials as official education. Formal educational activity or issuance of official documents requires a licence under Law of Ukraine No. 222-VIII 'On Licensing of Types of Economic Activity'.

Prohibited conduct

• Uploading, sharing, requesting or reproducing real, leaked, memorised or reconstructed NMT questions, tasks or answer keys.
• Distributing exam dumps, "guaranteed" answer sheets or predictions presented as actual examination content.
• Proxy test-taking, impersonation, or sitting an examination on another person's behalf.
• Using hidden devices, unauthorised software or communication tools during any examination.
• Advertising or offering cheating services, or inviting other users to do so.
• Misrepresenting results, official status or affiliation in any statement about our courses.

Our materials

All practice tasks, explanations and analytics are original or licensed for study use. They build understanding; they do not replicate live examination content.

Advertising claims

Exam-preparation advertising must be identifiable, accurate and must not mislead about results, official status or affiliation, as required by Law of Ukraine No. 270/96-ВР 'On Advertising'.

Enforcement

We may suspend or terminate access, remove content and decline refunds where a breach is confirmed, and report suspected cheating services to the relevant authorities. Cancellation and refund rules are provided before you order, in line with Law of Ukraine No. 1023-XII 'On Consumer Protection'.
