1. Data we collect

• Identification and contact data you submit in the contact form: name, email address, phone number, message text.
• Technical data: IP address, browser type, device type, pages viewed, referral source, and analytics and cookie identifiers.
• Order and correspondence data where you request our services.

2. Purposes and legal basis

We process data to reply to enquiries, provide ordered services, maintain records, secure the website and measure its performance. The legal basis is your consent, the performance of a contract, and our legitimate interest in operating the website. Where cookies or electronic commercial messages are involved, prior consent is obtained under Law No. 3795-IX and Article 11 of Law No. 675-VIII.

3. Contact form

The contact form is submitted with a standard submit button; after submission you are redirected to a confirmation page. Please do not include sensitive data in the message field.

4. Users under 18

Our services are not intended for children. If a user is under 18, personal data may be provided only with the prior consent of a parent or legal guardian, who may contact us to review or delete such data.

5. Sharing and retention

Data may be shared with hosting, analytics and communication providers acting as processors, and with authorities where required by law. Data is retained only as long as necessary for the stated purposes or as required by Ukrainian law.

6. Your rights

You may request access, correction, deletion or restriction of your data, withdraw consent, and object to processing. Send requests to contact@novarhwave.com. Complaints may be filed with the Ukrainian Parliament Commissioner for Human Rights.
