1. Provider

novarhwave.com is operated by novarhwave.com LLC, Office 412, Business Center Astarta, 32 Hlybochytska Street, Kyiv, 04050, Ukraine, EDRPOU 94675863. 2. Service

We provide independent NMT preparation courses. We are not affiliated with or endorsed by any state examination body or educational institution. We do not issue official education documents and do not present our courses as formal education (Law of Ukraine No. 222-VIII "On Licensing of Types of Economic Activity"). Advertising is identifiable and not misleading (Law of Ukraine No. 270/96-ВР "On Advertising").

3. Accounts

Give accurate details, keep credentials confidential and be at least 18 or have guardian consent. Enrolment is personal and non-transferable.

4. Acceptable use

Do not cheat, share answers, impersonate anyone, use unauthorised devices or breach exam rules. We may suspend accounts that breach these terms or facilitate exam misconduct.

5. Trial, billing and refunds

Free-trial terms appear at checkout and end automatically unless you subscribe. Paid plans renew until cancelled. Cancel any time in your account; access runs to the end of the paid period. Refunds follow Law of Ukraine No. 1023-XII "On Consumer Protection"; complaints: contact@novarhwave.com.

6. Liability

The service is provided "as is". We do not guarantee any exam result. To the extent permitted by law, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid in the 12 months before the claim.

7. Data and cookies

We process names, emails, phone numbers, analytics identifiers and cookie data under Law of Ukraine No. 3795-IX "On Personal Data Protection". Cookie consent and electronic commercial messages follow that law and Article 11 of Law of Ukraine No. 675-VIII "On Electronic Commerce".
